SUP Yoga Sessions

SUP Yoga is a deep mindful practice and if you haven’t tried this then I highly recommend you do! You have no choice but to be present!
Whether you’re an experienced yoga practitioner or a complete beginner, SUP Yoga gives you the opportunity to drop into the beginner’s mindset, develop core strength, reduce stress, learn a new skill & allows you to connect to nature.
SUP Yoga is all about balance, this practice can help you identify where you are weak and where you have strength. The only consequence is falling in which is all part of it as this brings in the exhilaration, fun and laughter.
No practice is ever the same.
Each time you’re on the water peacefulness imbues. You can drop all of your stresses and everything you came with deep into the water beneath you.
SUP Yoga is a perfect way to find your zen and to bring peace and well being into your life.
Mindful Vinyasa Flow
Each class is individually created to help boost our overall well being and immunity. Incorporating mindful based movement, anatomy and physiology with the breath. Focusing on how the bones, the fascia, ligamental structures and the musculature, form the suspensory system of the body, to help bring space & lightness into the tissues. Ultimately the body only ever wants to heal itself.
Our wisdom body is the greatest of all healers.
Restorative / Somatic Practice
The aim of this class is to nurture our nervous system. Our society operates in the sympathetic nervous system, the flight and fight response. This practice helps to remove fatigue, stress & trauma out of the body and the organs, an essential practice for modern day living.
This class will heighten our somatic intelligence and awareness gifting ourselves with an opportunity to sink and drop into the bones and to feel what is truly going on inside.
Mother & Baby Yoga
This beautiful class creates a sense of community for mothers and their newborn baby's.
A place to come and be nurtured and supported. The class consists of breathing techniques to assist post-natal exhaustion, meditation, somatic mindful movement to encourage lymphatic flow and pelvic floor support. You will learn a beautiful yoga practice for baby accompanied with songs that can be done in times of overwhelm. This always brings a smile to both mother and baby.
Come and mobilize and strengthen the delicate tissues & structures of the body to feel more embodied in the self.
Pregnancy Yoga
Become actively involved with your pregnancy. These classes are focused on preparing the body for labour and birth. Paying close attention to how the breath assists and guides the baby's entry into this world.
You will come away feeling confident in your body and informed about the birthing process. A deeply relaxing practice helping you to surrender into the experience of labour & birth when the time arrives.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are available with me, whether that is a 1:1 or 2:1 or large group bookings. These can be either in Yoga, Meditation, Birth Preparation workshops or Somatic/Trauma work.
I am also available to mentor private sessions for new yoga teachers.
